On-Hold Music & Message Options & Pricing
The following are the purchase prices & options for Merry Maids On-Hold PRODUCTION packages, which include the production of Merry Maids on hold music and messages onto CD as outlined. There are no hidden fees or monthly charges. Each program is purchased, and then renewed annually.
* All on-hold statements, standard or customized, must be approved by the Merry Maids home office.

Equipment for Basic 2 to 4 Line Telephones
PLEASE NOTE: This section will apply to most Merry Maids franchise owners who have their offices set up with basic 2 to 4 line telephones (telephones which typically can be purchased from a general office supply store).
It used to be that multi line PBX type telephone systems were needed to play Music & Messages On-Hold. Not any more. We have equipment that will make your small office 2 to 4 line telephones MOH (music on hold) compatible. The cost of this equipment is typically $339.00.
On-Hold Equipment Options & Pricing
The following are purchase options and pricing for the EQUIPMENT packages that we generally sell the most of, which include all the equipment and customer service needed to make your basic telephones MOH compatible, and ready to play Merry Maids Music & Messages On-Hold.
- Option A - Basic 1 to 4 line telephone MOH (Music On Hold) package. This includes the 4 line MOH adapter (some refer to this as an advanced 4 line Scutch Box Music On-Hold Adapter), CD player with appropriate adapters & connector cables, and everything you need to make your telephones MOH compatible.

Equipment for large Multi Line PBX Telephone Systems
PLEASE NOTE: This section applies only to those Merry Maids franchise owners who have Multi Line PBX type Telephone Systems (larger, and more costly telephone systems that typically must be installed by an outside interconnect company).
Some common facts about Multi-Line PBX Telephone Systems - Most PBX Telephone Systems are manufactured with audio inputs, and are ready made for MOH (music on-hold). That is why when you call some places and are put on hold, you hear the radio playing. They simply have plugged the radio into their telephone on-hold system. Now, keep in mind that playing the radio over your telephone on-hold system is considered a music copyright infringement unless you are paying the appropriate licensing fees to ASCAP and/or BMI. There are many other telephone systems that have been manufactured with MOH capability, but don't have built-in audio inputs, in which case a relatively quick service call from a local telephone interconnect company (the telephone man) will solve that issue. We can even arrange that for you if you need.
If you have an MOH compatible PBX System - then you may want to consider going to a discount store and purchasing an inexpensive walkman style CD player for around $29.00 to $39.00. It generally involves a simple connection process that we can walk you through over the phone. And contrary to those who like to sell (the more expensive) digital download On-Hold machines, CD players generally run for a long time as does your computer or refrigerator (we know this through experience).
If you have an MOH compatible PBX System - then the only thing you're going need from us is a CD with the Merry Maids On-Hold Music & Messages on it. We will send you a mastered CD with music and messages from which ever package (above) you order. You will place the CD into the CD player and press the PLAY button, followed by pressing the REPEAT button so that your on-hold music and messages will repeat and play continuously. It's that simple! However, in case of a power outage, you will probably have to go and manually turn your CD player back on. About a one minute process.
Like most on-hold production companies however, we have complete access to all types of telephone on-hold equipment. We can set you up as sophisticated (and as expensive) as anyone else. We just thought that you might interested in knowing the more reasonable alternative.

Shipping
Shipping Options & Pricing
There are four modes of shipping to choose from. Regular Mail (US Mail), Overnight Fed-Ex, Two Day Fed-Ex, and Three Day Fed-Ex. You will be charged (in addition to the prices stated above) the going rate for which ever mode of shipment you choose, plus a $6.50 handling fee.
The total Shipping & handling fee is typically $25.00, depending on the size of your order (extra equipment, etc.) and the mode of shipping you choose.
