The price?

PRODUCTION PRICE - $339.00 plus shipping. ($25.00) After that, when, and IF you are ready, we'll change your messages for $89.00 plus shipping. If you need frequent changes, we'll customize a program suited specifically for your needs, which will of course, include a quantity discount.

EQUIPMENT (IF NEEDED) - In many cases, you won't need any additional equipment. However, if you do, we either stock, or have access to specialized (low cost) equipment sufficient to make playing Music & Messages On-Hold compatible with any telephone set-up, from large multi-line systems, to single 2 to 4 line stand alone telephones. The cost of this equipment will depend upon the needs of your system or telephone set-up, but in most cases it will around $339.00.

Commitments - We require no long term commitments.

The procedure

Here's how it all works.

• Fill out the on-line order form and submit it. Note: filling out, and submitting the form does not lock you into anything. It does however, let us know that you are serious about your inquiry, and will give us a detailed idea of what you're looking for. Furthermore, it will provide us with the data we need to conceptualize and compose appropriate script & music, and select the right voice talent, etc.
• Our creative staff will then draft a script which will be sent, by fax or e-mail, for you to proof .
• When you approve the script, we will compose the music. Music is the key element in setting the tone of your on-hold message. It plays a powerful part in putting the caller at ease as well as supporting the message. It reflects the entire tone of your business. For this reason (and this is what sets us apart), we custom write and produce all of the music heard on your Lexington Aire produced telephone on-hold message. No canned music.
• Finally, when the script, voice talent, and music are ready, we will record, produce, and master your on-hold message production to either a CD, Tape, or digital file format.
